The 14-Day Reset Cleanse has 3 simple phases. Phase one is Pre-Cleanse and is two days. In this phase you will set your intentions, shop for the cleanse and begin to ease your body into the full cleanse – mentally, emotionally and physically. Phase two begins 7 days of clean eating. During the 7 days of clean eating, you will follow the simple elimination plan and body practices. Phase three is re-introduction and is 5 days. In this phase, you will re-introduce foods back into your nutrition plan one by one to identify food sensitivities and intolerances and create a maintenance plan that best serves your unique body.
